Announcing the 2018 Webinar Project!

Posted on by
Have glass goals for 2018? If so, we have a great offer to help you on your way!
Last yeah, our educational coordinator, Jenn Langill, spearheaded the 2017 Webinar Project. It was partially in self-interest; Jenn had wanted to start spending more time on the torch again, and decided to invest her time with our webinar recordings to learn new techniques and provide some motivation. She figured why not offer a deal and community to others with similar aspirations, and the Webinar Project was born!

Jenn negotiated a discounted rate of $170 for streaming access to 12 webinar recordings, one for each month, as well as access to a forum for students to share with each other what they had been learning and show off their results.
Sadly, Jenn has since moved on from Glasscraft (We miss you Jenn!), but the feedback for this program was great, with some people saying they would sign up again (Indeed, we have enough content to keep people busy for almost 4 years at this point). With this in mind, we thought we might as well do it again, and now present the 2018 Webinar Project!
As the "Techie" at Glasscraft, one of my recent projects has been to put a system in place to streamline the Webinar Project and make it easier to manage and participate in. Upon signup, you will instantly get access to a new private part of our website where you will choose your login password and be able to choose your first video right away. Then, at the beginning of each month, you will get an email notification reminding you that you can then choose your video for the next month. Access will be good until the end of the month, so the sooner you make your choice, the more time you will have to watch it! New live webinars are not included, however you will be able to choose the recordings when they later become available.
You will also automatically get an invite to our Slack chatroom. Here you can post pictures of what you've been made, create separate chat channels for different videos, and get to know other people involved in the Webinar Project. We may also occasionally offer special deals for sharing your work online with certain hashtags.
This is the best deal we have ever offered for access to our educational content. We are only providing this offer through January 15, and we are limiting this series to only 30 participants, so sign up now to take advantage of this rare opportunity!
