OPTIONS:
Glasscraft offers several
different shipping options: UPS, FedEx & US Postal Service, to name a few.
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless an alternate shipping preference
is indicated when ordering. Shipping charges are determined by weight,
destination, and method of shipment.

note: C.O.D. shipments are charged an additional $8.50 fee per box by the

ORDERS:

A $25.00 minimum purchase is required for all orders.
•
Special Order Items must be prepaid prior to shipment and are not
returnable or refundable.
• No C.O.D. shipments to Hawaii or Alaska.

All orders shipped outside the United States must be prepaid in US funds prior
to shipping.
RETURN
POLICY:
Do
Not Return Merchandise Without a Return Authorization Number.
We will not accept returned
merchandise unless a Return
Authorization Number has been issued to you
by our Customer Service Department. If you receive defective or incorrect
merchandise, you must notify us within 48
hours of receipt, so the problem can be
rectified in a timely manner.
Items returned for any other
reason are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and the customer is
responsible for return shipping charges. No
Returns on Books, Videos, DVD’s or Special Order items. No Returns accepted 30 days after
receipt. Shipping & handling
charges are non-refundable.
C.O.D.
RETURNS:
Any shipment returned to us
because the customer was not home to accept delivery or if funds were not
available at the time of delivery, will be charged a restock fee. In addition,
the customer will be required to pay all shipping costs and all future orders
must be pre-paid prior to shipping. No Exceptions!
DAMAGED
SHIPMENTS:
Glasscraft is not liable for
damage or loss of merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. Every order is
carefully packed and inspected by experienced personnel to insure safe arrival
of your shipment. If damage or loss does occur, the customer must file all claims
for damage directly to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
(UPS–1-800-742-5877 / FedEx–1-800-463-3339) Once you initiate the claim with
the carrier, notify Glasscraft and we will assist you in expediting your claim. The customer must accept any box that
seems to be slightly damaged or is totally damaged. The customer must retain the entire
contents of the damaged shipment, including the box, all packaging materials
and the merchandise for inspection. By
refusing a damaged box you delay the claims process.
